Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we understand that things don’t always work out. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make the refund process easy. To initiate a refund, just email us at info@trynokt.com.
Important Notes:
- The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product. Repeat purchases of the same product and subscription refills are not eligible.
- The guarantee is limited to a refund of the value of one (1) unit per customer.
- If shipping was free on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you paid for shipping at checkout, that shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Returns are not required to receive a refund under this policy.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the claim is approved.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Happy Labs, LLC.
We reserve the right to investigate and decline claims that we believe are unfounded, fraudulent, or abusive of this policy.
