At NOKT, we set out to solve a problem that millions of people face every day — the struggle to get deep, restful sleep. We quickly realized that the sleep aids on the market were packed with artificial ingredients, harsh chemicals, and synthetic compounds. These products may have helped people fall asleep, but they often came with side effects: disrupted sleep cycles, dependency, and a groggy feeling that lingered long after waking up. Instead of providing real rest, these sleep aids left people feeling sluggish and out of sync with their bodies' natural rhythms.

We knew there had to be a better way. So, we asked ourselves: Why not create something better? What if there was a sleep aid that worked in harmony with the body, using only natural, plant-based ingredients? One that could support deep, restorative sleep without the downsides of traditional sleep aids? We took this challenge to heart and committed to creating a solution that prioritized health, well-being, and sustainability.
